Fun day at the ZOO!

OUR DAY AT THE ZOO!

On sunday the boys went to the car show so my mom and I took the kids to the zoo!

They were pretty tuckered out by the time we were done...

So we went on a drive so they could take a little nap

We went up to Suncrest and took a breath of fresh air! You can really see the thick layer of smog hanging over the valley from there

Playing in the snow

We played in the snow for a little bit today and Ethan liked sliding down the big pile of snow!

Ethan & Chloë's new friends

I took the kids up to Ogden to see my very best friend Emily. Her husband and step-kids were there too! Chandler is 10 and Ethan just loved playing with him, they played with legos and Chandler was showing Ethan how to make a car, it was so adorable.

Emily's step-daughter Khloe (10 months) and my Chloë haven't been together since they were 2 months and 5 months old. They didn't really know what to think of each other and mostly just looked at each other but they played a little bit!

Ethan's Haircut

Ethan got his first hair cut at a salon (believe it or not it had been cut before) his hair was touching his shoulders if you uncurled it so we decided to take him to Cookie Cutters and chop it all off! He got to have a sucker and watch The Incredibles while sitting in a car for his haircut. He was so good and didn't cry at all but he did make a face like it was hurting him everytime she cut a piece off!

Christmas 2008

We had such a fun Christmas! We spent Christmas Eve with Wendell, Clay, Tara, and their new addition to the family...Killian! (We missed Carole cuz she was with her fam)

Then Chirstmas Eve night we opened presents; just the four of us (we could't do it in the morning becuase we left early to try and beat the storm)

We made it over to see my parents and sis Christmas Day to open presents and have dinner! My mom got a Nintendo Wii so we all had fun playing on that!

Ginger Bread House & Tree

Today the kids and I made a ginger bread house with my mom and my sister and on Monday the kids, Travis, and I made a ginger bread tree. The kids both took pieces off the set and ate them, It was a very messy and sticky project! Here are the pictures of our ginger bread adventures...

The Holidays

We set up our Christmas tree this week! We had to put a gate all the way around it to keep the kids from touching it

I just wanted to post some pictures of Chloë's 1st b-day! Thanks to everyone that came, it was a blast! Chloë and Ethan are both still having fun with her new toys!
